Key Requirements
Your Qualifications:
If you are a STUDENT of a renowned university with a great academic track record, and also have more than 1 year of tutoring experience, we WANT you.
If you have been a TEACHER of a renowned English Medium School for more than 1 year and want to have a part-time earning source, you are encouraged to apply. MOTHERS on a career-break with excellent academic records, who has some teaching experience, are also welcome to apply.
No matter your background, you need to have mastery of English as our students are either from abroad or from English Medium Schools. So English version/medium background will get preference
Your Personality:
You should have an energetic, enthusiastic personality that helps you to inspire, motivate, and create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable and engaged. Additionally, you should be patient and empathetic to understand the needs and learning styles of each student.
You must be committed, be dependable, and demonstrate an impeccable sense of responsibility. The parents will be trusting you with the academic future of their kids, so you need to take it seriously and not as just a side gig!
Additionally, strong communication skills are a must. You should be highly responsive, approachable, and able to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Bengali, both written and spoken.
You should be confident in using technology, especially for online tutoring sessions.
